Shipping is a flat rate of $7.00 for all orders. We ship with USPS Priority Mail from the beautiful state of Texas. Please allow us 2-3 business days for packaging and shipping of orders, as we tend to get busy. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

PREORDERS: Please make note of the dates listed for each item in their description. Items are charged when ordered and delivered around the estimated shipping date. We currently are not accepting returns or exchanges. All sales are final unless you have received a defective product. If you believe you have received an item that is defective, please contact us within 3-5 business days on our CONTACT page. From there, we will be able to assist you with an exchange or refund. 

PREORDERS are non-refundable. We order the amount of inventory based off the amount of preorders we receive. Your item has been ordered especially for you.
