Return Info

We currently do not accept returns unless an item has been found to be defective. If you believe you have received a defective item, please notify us within 3-5 business days. We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you have a question about sizing, please see our size chart or contact us so that we can assist you! All of our items run true to size (and the quality is out of this world amazing!) Preorders are non refundable.

Shipping Info

Shipping is a flat rate of $7.00 for all orders.

Need assistance? No worries! We love to chat with our customers. Please visit our CONTACT page to send us an email directly. At this time, we do not cover shipping costs unless through a promotion. We ship via USPS Priority & are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ship straight out of the beautiful state of Texas! Preorder estimated delivery dates are shown in the description on each product page. Please note them before completing the checkout process.

Hours of Operation

We're always open 24/7, of course, but our customer service team is available Monday-Friday, from 9AM-5PM. We're able to answer all inquiries between those hours & look forward to chatting with you! 

Order Notifications

When you place an order, you'll receive three email notifications. The first email will let you know that your order has been placed. The second email will notify you that we've got your Smocks ready for the postal service. And, the third email will let you know the postal service has picked your package up for delivery!

Tracking My Package

Waiting on your Smocks? We don't blame you! If you made an account at checkout, you can track your order by logging in at the top of the website. If not, you received the tracking number in your email notifications. Can't find it? Contact us & we can help!
